I love the image of punching a hole in the sky. God created us for great things; he has great plans for us and yet we hold back. We wait and we wait and we wait. I’m tried of waiting!
For the rest of 2007 I plan to punch lots of holes. Instead of looking for surprises, looking for opportunities, I want to be the surprise, to be the opportunity. And, I want to help as many people as possible to do the same.
I am convinced that if we focus on surprising people with kindness and grace, we won’t be known for what we are against… we will have a far different ID. We will become the fingerprints of God. That’s what I’m looking for how about you?
By the way, a few weeks ago I sent out a survey asking subscribers to Ron’s Faith Notes a few questions. One was: “What three words would you use to describe what you get from reading this weekly email?”The response was humbling. They tell me normal open for all email messages is an 18% open rate.
My email subscribers open rate has grown to 40% and the survey rate of open was 60% with a 50% response rate. Unheard of they say…WOW
That’s just one example of God’s fingerprints in Faith Coaching Network. So, I keep punching holes in the sky… and God keeps sending opportunities to be the story of grace and hope.
